EducationWorks is a nonprofit organization providing support for economically disadvantaged communities in Philadelphia and Chester, Pennsylvania and Camden, New Jersey. By tackling core issues like literacy, graduation rates, safety and social awareness, EducationWorks equips individuals with the tools needed to stay safe, finish school, make better choices and become more productive members of their communities.

EducationWorks serves over 14,000 students in after school, extended day and
summer enrichment programs throughout the city of Philadelphia.WSG was selected to provide its program of DEEP REMEDIATION in two schools in Philadelphia.

Tanner G. Duckrey School

Duckrey’s mission is to educate all students to proficiency and beyond through the
delivery of quality instruction, utilizing best instructional practices, provided by highly qualified, nurturing, compassionate teachers, school staff, and community stakeholders, in partnership with parents to develop independent, successful, productive members of society.

EducationWorks serves 78 K-8 children in an after school program which operates from
3:15-5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. WSG assessed 58 of the 78 students in grades 3-8.

Robert Morris School

Robert Morris Elementary School’s mission is to educate, support and challenge students within a positive learning environment conducive to meeting their academic
and emotional needs. All staff members have an integral role in assisting in the developmental growth and the establishment of a culture for learning for and with our
students throughout the entire school environment. Parents, guardians and community partners have an essential role within the school community as sustained supportive
systems for our students. We believe this is the foundation that will enable our student to evolve into life-long learners EducationWorks serves 68 students in grades K-8 in the after school program which operates from 3;15-5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
